A rare-bit of yumminess

I made a genius snack when I got in from work. Only those who love bread but aren't allowed it will appreciate this...

I had cheese on toast! (Sort of).

  • Pop a slice of Rye bread under the grill for 2 minutes
  • Slice up some nice mature cheddar cheese while it's under the grill
  • Turn over the rye bread and pop the cheese on. Leave for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Splash with a bit of Worcestershire sauce and grill for another minute.

Divine. My first cheese on toast in ages! Not rocket science but definitely put a smile on my face. Enjoy!
