There is a God. My Boyfriend's very kind mother made me a gorgeous chocolate roulade (or 'Squidy Chocolate Log' as Delia calls it) which is entirely gluten-free. I have no idea how this cake works but it's the lightest and tastiest chocolate cake i've had in a very long time.

It's probably not the easiest thing to bake, but if you can find someone who's handy with a whisk urge them nicely to bake one for you.
